Much of my media filtering has been by chance and in fact often second hand. i.e. through the filter of progressive talk (not that I am passing the buck)
Then it passes through the filter of my keyboard. In particular, the last post: Third times a charm. Began as a point on the recent revelations from the Scott McClellan book and ended with the kitchen reference to the holidays.
Senator Clinton complained about the Republican Playbook being used by some of her opponents, but they also had the 11th commandment, Republicans not attacking their own. So which is it? I think that it is a mixed message that should backfire. She is not being attacked for being ahead, but because she stands out from the rest of the pac. When it comes to a democracy, if I can corkscrew a phrase from Martha Stewart "that is NOT a good thing."
